John Burnett

John Burnett is an experienced professional in design research and user experience, currently serving as the Lead Design Researcher at Firstup since August 2022. Prior roles include UX Researcher at Ultimate Software from April 2012 to August 2022 and User Experience Lead (Researcher) at UKG during the same period. John contributed to academia as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from June 2009 to May 2012.
