Kyle Foss

Kyle Foss is an experienced professional in account management, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Firstup since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kyle spent nearly 18 years at Cornerstone OnDemand, progressing from Corporate Account Development to Senior Account Manager. In the latter position, Kyle managed client growth and retention for prominent accounts, aligning talent solutions with business objectives. Kyle also held roles focused on new business development, including Client Executive, where responsibilities included cold calling and C-level product presentations. Kyle received a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2000 and 2004.
