Lindsay Ricker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communications and customer success. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Business Value Consultant at Firstup since November 2021, Lindsay has successfully managed international stakeholder engagements, supported program launches, and enhanced internal communications processes. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Manager for Aggreko, where internal communications were led during a significant acquisition, and as Manager of Communications at Transocean, where Lindsay oversaw a corporate communications team and achieved notable adoption rates for internal communication initiatives. Additional experience encompasses various communications roles in organizations such as HudsonLake, Dean Foods, SMU Dedman School of Law, and the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Lindsay holds three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, Communication Studies, and Public Relations from Southern Methodist University.
