Paul Wilkins has over a decade of experience in IT support and service delivery, currently serving as Product Support Manager at Firstup since July 2021. Previously, Paul held various roles at The Law Society of Scotland from May 2012 to July 2021, including Head of IT Service Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining IT infrastructure, managing applications, and overseeing security services. Prior experience includes a role as IT Support Engineer with Dunedin IT and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2007.
