Mitchell S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mitchell is currently working as a Junior Platform Engineer at FirstWave Cloud Technology since March 2022. Prior to this, Mitchell worked at Ticketmaster as a Box Office Manager from January 2020 and as a Box Office Seller & Supervisor since March 2015. Mitchell also worked at McArthur as a Box Office Seller (Enquiries) & Supervisor from January 2016 to June 2022.

Additionally, Mitchell has experience in the IT industry. Mitchell worked at Digital Sense as a Cloud Support Engineer from February 2021 to March 2022 and as a Data Centre Concierge from September 2020 to February 2021. Mitchell also worked at NEXTDC as a Network Engineer Intern from August 2019 to September 2020 and as a Customer Service Representative from September 2017 to August 2019.

Furthermore, Mitchell has previous experience in the hospitality industry. Mitchell worked at Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, and SkyPoint as a Guest Services Host from October 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they specialized in ticket sales, customer service, and crowd control, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Mitchell S. began their education journey in 2011 and completed their high school education at St Peters Lutheran College in 2016. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking) at TAFE Queensland in 2017. In 2018, Mitchell S. enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Information Systems), which they successfully completed in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Mitchell S. has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and a Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos). Most recently, in 2022, Mitchell S. obtained the VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware.
