Ruth Sloley

Ruth Sloley has extensive experience in executive support and human resources management across multiple organizations. At FirstWave Cloud Technology since March 2018, Ruth serves as Senior Executive Assistant and Head of HR, providing support to top executives and overseeing HR activities and corporate compliance. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Unique Estates Australia, and Senior Executive Assistant at Hills Ltd, where Ruth coordinated support for the Board of Directors and ensured corporate compliance. Earlier career experience includes executive support at Think One Team International and Starbucks, where management of HR services was a key responsibility. Ruth holds a Double Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Leadership & Management from the College of Adult Learning, completed in 2022.
