Alec Rance

Alec Rance has accumulated diverse experience in technology and leadership roles. Starting as a Shift Leader at Dunkin Donuts from October 2015 to June 2020, Alec demonstrated early management capabilities. Alec further developed technical skills through a Senior Project as a Web Application Developer for the Children's Home Society of Florida in 2018. Experience as an Information Technology Intern at Gottlieb LLC in 2020 involved learning process automation. A role as a Junior Analyst at Fidelity National Financial followed, leading to the current position as a Business Systems Analyst at FIS, which began in January 2022. Additionally, Alec gained valuable insights into IT operations during a rotation as an IT Professional at Regency Centers in early 2020.
