April Calvert has significant experience in operations and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Operations at FIS since June 2006. Prior to this role, April worked at Guaranty Bank FSB from 1999 to 2006 in process management. Earlier career experience includes positions as Service Assurance Manager at Firstar, and as a consultant at Computer Power Group from 1993 to 1995.
