Barbara Johnson

Barbara Johnson currently serves as the Head of Global HR Operations at FIS, a position held since November 2015, after previously functioning as the Head of HR Operations for the Americas. Prior to FIS, Barbara Johnson amassed over two decades of experience at SunGard, where roles included VP of HR, Director of Employee Benefits and HRIS, and HR Manager. Earlier in the career, Barbara Johnson worked as an HR Representative at The Bryn Mawr Hospital. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
