Carl Morath

Carl Morath serves as Managing Director for Bank of Montreal (BMO) at FIS since June 2017, overseeing one of FIS' most significant global accounts. Prior to this role, Carl held several positions at Oracle from 2010 to June 2017, including Regional Vice President for Financial Services, where responsibilities included leading sales for major accounts and achieving significant deals with firms such as Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Carl also served as National Sales Director for Financial Services Solutions, and Senior Director focused on aligning Oracle Technology within the banking sector. Earlier, Carl was Global Head of Banking at Sun Microsystems from 2004 to 2010, leading sales and solution development for the banking segment, and previously worked as Group Manager for Worldwide iForce Partner Marketing and Midmarket Segment Manager in the financial services space at Sun Microsystems. Carl holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, earned between 1983 and 1988.
