Caroline Tsai is chief legal officer at FIS. As CLO, Caroline manages all facets in leading our results-focused legal teams.
Caroline most recently served as chief legal officer of The Western Union Company, having been internally promoted to that role in 2019. In this position, she led the company’s newly consolidated Legal, Compliance and Enterprise Risk functions as well as helped steer the company through the implementation of its new global strategy, including its global migration to the cloud. Prior to joining Western Union in 2017, she spent more than 12 years in numerous executive level legal roles at BMO Financial Group and Bank of America. Caroline also spent six years in private practice and holds a juris doctor degree from The American University’s Washington School of Law.
Caroline has been involved in Dress for Success, the Women's Leadership Network at the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Chicago Sinfonietta and the Western Union Foundation.
