Chris Morin has over two decades of experience in project and program management within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Practice Manager at FIS since March 2011, Chris leads a team responsible for delivering custom software solutions to client financial institutions, managing over $15 million in revenue. Previously held positions include Development Manager, Implementations Manager, and Project Manager, also at FIS, and prior roles at Robert W. Baird & Co., Computize of Wisconsin, CJM Consulting, and Southwest Metal Fabricators. Chris possesses a strong background in software development lifecycle management, team leadership, and strategic IT consulting, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bob Jones University and additional studies at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and the University of Pittsburgh.
