Cindy McLaughlin has extensive experience in client services and relationship management, having begun her career as a Client Service Representative at Phase3 from September 1984 to September 1986, where responsibilities included client support and planning User Conferences. Following this, Cindy moved into various roles at SunGard from April 1995 to January 2009, serving as a Business Consultant/Business Analyst and subsequently as Product Manager, focusing on developing solutions and managing regulatory reporting. Since January 2016, Cindy has held the position of Vice President Relationship Management at FIS, where responsibilities include overseeing client relationships. Additionally, Cindy has been a Senior Client Relationship Manager at FIS since September 2019. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Languages from Providence College, achieved between 1979 and 1983.
