Dan Smith is a Senior Project Professional and Professional Services Team Leader with extensive experience leading business transformation and change management solutions in Treasury, Risk Management, and Financial Services. They have successfully managed large-scale enterprise implementations across the APAC region and have a proven track record of influencing senior leaders to align with business goals. Currently, Dan works at FIS as a Senior Project Manager, where they oversee the recovery of at-risk projects and lead multi-location implementations. Previously, they held roles at prominent companies including Wall Street Systems, where they managed IT transformation projects, and Bank of America, where they began their career in Capital Markets. Dan earned a BSc from the University of Bristol.
