Daniel Wakeman

Daniel Wakeman is an experienced technology executive with a strong track record in engineering excellence and large-scale project management. Currently serving as SVP Development of Engineering Excellence at FIS since April 2019, Daniel leads initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of over 10,000 global technology development staff through innovations like CI/CD and DevSecOps. Prior to FIS, Daniel held various leadership roles at Educational Testing Service, managing substantial budgets and IT strategies, and contributed to the establishment of a fintech data ecosystem at FIS valued at over $100M. Daniel has a robust educational background, including degrees from Michigan Technological University, The Wharton School, and Central Michigan University, and holds a certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT.
