David D. Dunn

David D. Dunn serves as the Chief Risk Officer at FIS since July 2024 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University since September 2019. Previously, David D. Dunn was the EVP, Head of Enterprise Technology Risk Management, and EVP, Head of IT Audit at Truist from October 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, David D. Dunn worked at PNC as EVP, Assistant General Auditor from November 2016 to October 2022, and at Bank of America as SVP, Senior Audit Director from March 2012 to November 2016. David D. Dunn earned MBA degrees from both Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University between January 2007 and January 2009.
