Farida Rasiwala

Farida Rasiwala is a Learning and Development professional with over 11 years of experience. Currently serving as the Lead Learning Consultant at FIS, Farida designs scalable learning strategies and leads capability-building programs. Previously, Farida held positions at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in L&D, Tata Communications as a Learning Partner, and served as a Faculty Member at ICFAI Business School. Farida began their educational journey with a Bachelor of Commerce from H. L. College of Commerce, followed by an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management, Nirma University.
