Freddie Joyce

Freddie Joyce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and client services, currently serving as the Head of Implementation at FIS since January 2025. Prior to this role, Freddie held various leadership positions at DEMICA from August 2016 to January 2025, including Head of Implementation, Information Security Manager, Head of Client Services, and Service Manager. Earlier in the career, Freddie worked at Calastone from March 2011 to August 2016 as Operations Director, overseeing live services, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing incident responses, and conducting service reviews. Freddie's educational background includes a Certificate in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Bristol.
