Ian Dow

Ian Dow is a Cybersecurity/IT Security Manager with extensive experience, including a role as a Tier III IT Security Analyst in a SOC setting. Previously, Ian worked as an Assistant IT Technician and Information Technology Support Specialist at the University of South Florida, where they developed strong investigative skills and educated users on cybersecurity. Ian currently manages Tier III SOC analysts at FIS, ensuring efficient incident response and support. They hold an MSc in Cybersecurity with a concentration in Cyber Intelligence and an MSc in Biological Oceanography from the University of South Florida.
