Ilya M.

Ilya M. has extensive experience in software development and management, with a focus on leading teams and managing full software development life cycles. At AMOSCA from 2014 to May 2019, Ilya served as a Hands-on Development Manager, overseeing the development of the Authority Suite and a Know Your Customer web platform while managing distributed Agile teams. Prior to that, at Altsoft from 2009 to 2014, Ilya held the position of C# WPF Team Lead, directing smaller teams in creating desktop applications and contributing to ASP development. Since May 2019, Ilya has been working at FIS as a Technical Lead, providing architectural guidance for a capital markets application while leading customer onboardings. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Belaruski Dziarzhauny Universitet, earned between 2001 and 2006.
