From 1993 to 1999, Jacqueline was a Call Center Manager at Bank of America, followed by a similar position at E-DR in 2000-2001. Jacqueline also held roles such as Program and Project Manager at Black Knight Financial Services and Senior Compliance Analyst at Bombardier Capital. Currently, as a Senior IT Program Manager at FIS, Jacqueline manages high-profile client programs and leads cross-functional teams.
