Jennifer Roy has extensive experience in quality assurance and technology delivery, spanning several decades. Starting as a Developer at Royal Trust from 1986 to 1993, Jennifer moved on to various roles at BMO Financial Group from 1994 to 2008, including a stint as a Contractor. At Bank of Montreal from June 2008 to October 2011, Jennifer excelled as an Application Software Development Manager, managing multiple bank applications and leading a QA team to improve processes and implement critical projects. Following a brief role at Everlink in 2012, Jennifer took on leadership positions as Director of Development & Delivery and Manager of Quality Assurance. Currently, Jennifer serves as General Manager of Technology Delivery at FIS, a position held since June 2025.
