John Norris

John Norris is currently a Legal Business Process Analyst II at FIS, where they build and maintain a Business Legal Metrics Dashboard and develop automated data processes. Prior to this role, they served as a Risk Analyst I at FIS, refining credit scoring models and leading significant projects that improved risk assessment accuracy. In 2018, John worked as an Expedition Leader at Philmont Scout Ranch, training thousands of scouts in wilderness survival and managing emergency situations.
