Joy Ingram, PMP, CSM, possesses extensive experience in project management and software development, with a focus on mobile banking implementations and sustainability initiatives. Notable roles include Senior Project Lead at Wescom Resources Group, overseeing the implementation of mobile banking applications, and Director of Software Development at PSCU Financial Services, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 30 and a budget exceeding $3 million. Prior positions include a Programmer at Bannex Corporation and a Sustainable Business Intern at Bausch + Lomb.
