Joy Oliver

Joy (Miller) Oliver serves as the Senior Director of ESG at FIS, where they lead the company's corporate sustainability initiatives, including strategy, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they held the position of Head of Corporate Affairs & ESG at Western Union, driving the company's ESG strategies and performance. Their career also includes roles as a Communications Manager at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth and as a Fulbright Scholar conducting field research in Peru. Joy has extensive experience in policy advocacy and humanitarian efforts, having worked with organizations like The Brookings Institution and the US Refugee Resettlement Program. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Amherst College and a Master's of Science at the University of Oxford.
