Justin Brkich

Justin Brkich is currently serving as an Agile Product Owner Specialist at FIS since December 2024. Concurrently, Justin is the Product Manager and Founder of TabFloater since March 2021, where the end-to-end development of a pioneering digital productivity tool was accomplished, resulting in a 114% growth in the user base through strategic market analysis and agile methodology. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at Populus Group from May 2017 to January 2024, where Justin led the creation of an innovative training platform to improve IT recruitment and retention. Justin also served as a Senior Technical Recruiter in Immigration Services, significantly increasing the H-1B petition approval rate and improving recruitment processes. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager positions at Spring Mobile and RSW Group, where sales strategies were developed for multiple store locations. Justin holds a high school diploma from Wheaton Warrenville High School and completed education at the College of DuPage.
