Laurel Wilson

Laurel Wilson is currently a VP Assistant General Counsel at Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., having transferred to London to expand their international experience. Previously, they served as Senior Division Counsel and VP, Assistant General Counsel at FIS, where they drafted and negotiated multimillion dollar technology service and licensing contracts. Laurel has extensive legal experience, including roles as Contract Counsel for CSX Intermodal and Corporate Counsel for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., where they managed insurance and risk functions and oversaw corporate acquisitions. Laurel began their legal career in private practice, representing clients in various civil and criminal matters, and later worked as a Compliance Advisor for The Prudential. They obtained a J.D. from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
