Client Services Manager

Mark Bowman possesses extensive experience in pricing administration and client services, starting as a Pricing Administrator at Valuelink from November 2006 to December 2008, where responsibilities included validating financial data and collecting manual prices. Promoted to Pricing Administration Team Leader at Valuelink from January 2009 to February 2011, Mark ensured efficient day-to-day operations and implemented system enhancements. Following the acquisition of Valuelink by Sungard, Mark continued in the same leadership role until November 2015. At FIS from January 2016, Mark served as Client Services Manager, overseeing the Pricing & Data Services team, and later transitioned to Vendor & Operations Business Manager, managing enhancement projects for service accuracy and automation while liaising with data vendors. Mark holds a degree in Maths and Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2001 and 2006.
