Matt Konopa

Matt Konopa serves as the Vice President of Product Management at FIS since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was the Product Lead for Card Payments at Google, where Matt developed a multi-year global strategy for card payments. Matt's tenure at Capital One spanned nearly a decade, where Matt held multiple positions, including Senior Director of Product Management and led the digital product management for in-person transactions. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, primarily with NASA, and roles in engineering at Delta Airlines and Airborne Express. Matt holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, and a Certificate in Change Management from Georgetown University.
