During the tenure at AT&T, significant contributions involved managing technology audits and utilizing data analysis tools to support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Michael's experience extends to financial consulting and internal audits at various organizations, including GBE InterActive LLC, ARRIS, and Rödl & Partner, and has a solid academic background with a Master's degree in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
