Mike Perez

Mike Perez currently serves as the Sr. Director of the Integrations Management Office at FIS, where responsibilities include overseeing the successful integration of corporate acquisitions and ensuring collaboration across initiatives. Previously, Mike held the position of Sr. Director for Global Reporting and Analytics at FIS, leading a team to develop dynamic reporting packages utilizing Power BI for senior management. Mike's military career in the US Navy spans several roles, including Current Operations Officer at NSA Manama and Commanding Officer of HSM-70, along with international training and leadership positions in NATO Europe. Noteworthy achievements include managing the maintenance of helicopters valued at approximately $400 million and extensive experience in quality assurance and aircraft operations on Navy aircraft carriers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Florida.
