Mikhail Shcherbel

Mikhail Shcherbel is the Head of the Branch for Russia at FIS, the world's largest global provider of banking and payments technologies. They have held various pivotal roles in their career, including Director of Trading Services at SunGard and Technical Director at GL Trade, where they managed teams and oversaw projects across international markets. Mikhail began their career as a Training Tutor and Senior Engineer at REDCENTER LTD and later progressed to leadership positions, consistently driving business development and project management. Mikhail earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the All-Russian Finance & Economics Institute. They have also engaged in research focused on High Frequency Trading at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
