Pal Natarajan

Pal Natarajan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in customer experience, digital solutions, and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Customer Experience at FIS, Pal leads a global team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction for over 600 technology platforms in banking, merchant payments, and capital markets. Previous roles include Vice President at Zensar Technologies, successfully managing a team of 2,500 resources and achieving significant revenue growth, and Head of Products at a stealth mode startup, where Pal developed a cloud-based financial services product.
