Pamela Phillips is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as the Senior Deputy General Counsel at FIS since 2009. In this role, they oversee Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs functions, as well as enterprise strategic initiatives, including those in Latin America. Prior to joining FIS, Pamela held positions as a Partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf and served as Deputy General Counsel at Fidelity National Information Services. They began their legal career as a Summer Associate with Baker McKenzie and have built expertise in corporate law, banking, and finance throughout their extensive career. Pamela holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from American University.
