Parthipan G is an experienced professional in the field of IT operations and production support, currently serving as an Associate Director at FIS since November 2016. In this role, Parthipan collaborates with Development Leadership and Product Management to enhance Java and Apache Tomcat in production environments. Prior to this, Parthipan held the position of Senior Manager for Project Delivery & Operations, managing a complex offshore development team and ensuring service stability in banking and payments applications. Earlier career experiences include serving as Assistant Manager for Production Support & IT Operations at Flipkart, where a centralized service desk function was established, and at Standard Chartered Bank, where projects were led to reduce technology failures and improve incident management. Parthipan holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College and a Bachelor of Science from C.P.A. College.
