Phalguni Panda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Principal- Product Owner at FIS since October 2022, Phalguni is focused on building an innovative digital banking platform that embraces cloud-native, API-first, and component-based architecture. Previously, as a Lead Consultant at ITC Infotech, Phalguni developed a platform to enhance bank onboarding processes, while at HCL Technologies, notable contributions included creating a pioneering cash management product. Phalguni also held roles in market research at Verint-Systems and served in various capacities at Tata Consultancy Services, where expertise in Agile methodology and technical operations was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a PGP in Business Administration from the School of Inspired Leadership and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SJB Institute of Technology.
