Ron Novak is an experienced finance professional with a background in both corporate and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation and Group CFO for FIS Ventures since November 2021, Ron previously held the position of Group CFO for Global IT & Operations at Worldpay from February 2015 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at LOGiQ3 Corp., where strategic initiatives for growth and operational efficiency were crucial. Additional roles include Vice President of Finance at EXP, Manager of Finance at Symcor Inc., and working in Transaction Services at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. Beginning a career in consulting with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
