Scott Florio is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global account management and investment. Florio served as Managing Director and Global Account Manager at SunGard, now part of FIS, from May 2002 to June 2009, leading a team to enhance revenue and performance for global accounts. Following that role, Florio spent eight years at SWIFT as Managing Director of Global Account Management, developing the Americas GAM program. Florio later worked as an Independent Angel & Private Investor from June 2017 to December 2020, focusing on FinTech startups, particularly in Distributed Ledger technology, Payments, and Cybersecurity. Since March 2021, Florio has held the position of Managing Director at FIS, a leading technology solutions provider in the financial sector. Florio earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Finance from Iona College.
