Sean Kennedy is an executive leader in global finance and investment operations, currently serving as the Head of Investment Operations at FIS since 2024. Previously, Sean held the role of Director at Alpha FMC in 2023 and served as the Head of Investment Operations for EMEA and Global Head of Operational Governance and Regulatory Reporting at Vanguard from 2015 to 2017. Sean participated in the Leadership Mainline Program at The Main Line Chamber of Commerce in 2014, which focused on leadership development for board service. Additionally, Sean has experience as a coach for FC DELCO from 2012 to 2015, where they developed elite youth soccer players in a supportive environment. Sean is currently pursuing education at Harvard University.
