Sonji Silva has extensive experience in the banking and information services sectors. Beginning a career at SunTrust as a Branch Manager from August 1991 to February 2003, Sonji managed high transaction volumes and facilitated customer account setups while actively marketing banking products. From February 2003 to July 2013, Sonji served as VP/Financial Center Manager at BankFIRST, overseeing staff training, customer satisfaction, and security protocols, while developing client relationships and branch performance reports. After a brief tenure at Fidelity National Information Services from July 2013 to May 2015 in MISER Client Services, Sonji transitioned to FIS in August 2021, holding roles as a Business System Analyst and HORIZON Development QA Analyst.
