Tamara McCarthy

Tamara McCarthy is a seasoned professional in strategic planning and client success, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning at FIS. With extensive experience at CIENCE as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and Client Success, Tamara has also held key roles at FIS, including Director of Strategy Insights and Agile Transformation, Enterprise LACE Leader, and Agile Coach/Scrum Master Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Agile Practice Lead and Project Manager at Pandera Systems, as well as Global Resources Coordinator at Siemens Energy.
