Ty Gibbs

Ty Gibbs is the Director of Business Operations at FIS, where they combine strategic leadership with a Six Sigma approach to enhance operational efficiency and innovation. With over five years of experience managing global strategic initiatives, Ty is skilled in team alignment and collaborative problem-solving. Previously, Ty held several roles at Bank of America, including Six Sigma Consultant and Product Manager, where they led process improvements and profit growth initiatives. They also served as Director of Operations for Visa Installment Solutions and managed global initiatives in Visa Client Services. Ty is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting and Finance at Clemson University while holding a BS in Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and International Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
