Xueyan McCubbin

Xueyan McCubbin is a transformational leader with nearly 20 years of proven experience in staff and resource management within the FinTech sector. They began their career as a teacher at Taishan Guanghai Middle School and transitioned to roles in quality assurance at mFoundry and FIS, where they served as a Senior QA Manager. Currently, as a Development Director, Xueyan leads quality engineering teams in Retail and Commercial Banking Solutions. They also hold a college degree in Elementary and Secondary Education from Foshan University and have attended certificate programs in Computer Science and Business Administration at City College of San Francisco.
