Zach Elder

Zach Elder is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director for Effectiveness and Transformation at FIS. Previously, Zach held several managerial roles within FIS, including Talent Acquisition Manager Senior in TA Transformation and Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager in The People Office. Prior to joining FIS, Zach worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Randstad Technologies. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
