Grace Kim

Grace Kim is currently the Global People Partner at FiscalNote where Grace is responsible for leading key strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement activities. With a background in Human Resources management at various companies such as Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Allganize, CyraCom, CareNow, A Ambassador Limousine & Charter, Hotel Granduca Houston, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Grace has extensive experience in developing HR programs, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and overall HR strategy. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
