Kauan Cangussu

Kauan Cangussu is a Senior Policy Analyst at FiscalNote and a qualified lawyer. Previously, they served as a legal intern at various organizations, including the Ministério Público do Estado do Paraná and Defensoria Pública do Estado do Paraná, where they supported vulnerable communities and conducted legal research. Kauan has also taught English and Spanish, managed projects related to homelessness and mental disabilities, and conducted research on Indigenous peoples' rights. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance and a specialization in Civil and Civil Procedure Law.
