Lucas Manuel M.

Lucas Manuel M. is a Global Policy Advisor at FiscalNote, where they have previously held roles as a Global Policy Specialist, Global Policy Analyst, and Junior Analyst. They also served as a Lecturer in the Diplomatic Studies Postgraduate Course at Clipping from 2021 to 2023, where they developed educational materials and coordinated interdisciplinary exams.
