Whitney Swance

Whitney Swance is a consultant at FiscalNote since January 2023, previously serving as a Policy Associate II. Prior to this role, Whitney was a College Lecturer of French at Hillsdale College from September 2020 to May 2022, teaching beginner and intermediate courses in the French language, culture, and literature. Whitney also held the position of Philanthropic Services Coordinator at Crawford Heritage Community Foundation from October 2019 to June 2020. Experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison includes roles as a Graduate Student, French Instructor, and Head Teaching Assistant from September 2014 to May 2017, as well as a Conference Coordinator at Wisconsin Union from May 2010 to July 2014. Whitney holds a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French, along with a European Studies Certificate, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
