Tim McMahon has a wealth of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry. Tim started their career at Turner Construction in 1987 as a Project Engineer, Cost and Scheduling Engineer, Field Engineer, and Assistant Superintendent. Tim worked on various projects in Columbus, Ohio with budgets ranging from $50 million to $400 million.
In 1991, Tim joined Centex Homes, where they held senior management positions. Tim served as the President of the Indianapolis Division, overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including financial projections, land acquisition, market research, sales, and customer service. Tim also served as the Executive Vice President for the Southeast and East Central Regions, providing strategic and operational leadership for the division's activities in multiple states.
Since 2009, Tim has been with Fischer Homes, where they have held several key roles. Tim served as the Regional President for the Indianapolis and Atlanta regions from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they assumed the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Fischer Homes, responsible for the overall management of the company. As of 2023, they hold the title of Chief Executive Officer.
Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on financial and operational excellence.
From 1982 to 1986, Tim McMahon attended Rutgers University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Their field of study at the university was Civil and Structural Engineering.
