Sathya R

Sathya R has a solid background in talent acquisition, spanning several companies over the years. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Futran Solutions, where they were responsible for placing qualified individuals, analyzing job orders, sourcing candidates, and maintaining relationships with clients. From 2016 to 2018, Sathya R served as a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead at Virinca LLC, leading a recruiting/sourcing team and focusing on bringing top talent into the organization. Following this, they joined InfoPeople Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager, where they worked from 2018 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, Sathya R held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at iPlace before transitioning to their current role as Talent Acquisition Manager at FiSec Global Inc.

From 2008 to 2011, Sathya R pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at JNTU Anantapur. The field of study focused on Computer Science.
